MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE
The following message was received from the Senate:
Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on 
January 20, 1999, passed the following resolution in which the concurrence of the 
House is asked:
Senate Joint Resolution 1, a joint resolution proposing amendments to the 
Constitution of the State of Iowa relating to the state budget by limiting state general 
fund expenditures and restricting certain state tax revenue changes.
