    Husak, Iverson, Judge, Kramer, McLaren, Neuhauser, Rensink, Tinsman and
    Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Bisignano and Kibbie.

    NATURAL RESOURCES, ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 110, a concurrent
    resolution requesting the State Department of Transportation to
    establish a scenic route designation.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Fink, Black, Lundby, Borlaug, Dearden, Hedge,
    Judge, Kibbie and Rensink. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 6: Banks,
    Deluhery, Freeman, Gronstal, Priebe and Sorensen.
