         Gordon J. Kuivanen, Emmetsburg - For receiving the state and the
    national Man of the Year awards by the Small Business Administration as
    the Veterans Advocate for Disabled Veterans. Senator Kibbie (4-15-96).

         Amanda Pierce, Sidney - For being a member of the 1st place team at
    the AEA XIII Math Day and also receiving 2nd place on an individual
    basis. Senator McLaren (4-15-96).

         Lora Hall, Sidney - For being a member of the 1st place team at the
    AEA XIII Math Day and also receiving 5th place on an individual basis.
    Senator McLaren (4-15-96).

         Caleb Hummel, Sean Metz and Wyatt Yates, Sidney - For being members
    of the 1st place team at the AEA XIII Math Day. Senator McLaren
    (4-15-96).



                      REPORT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE

         MR. PRESIDENT: Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in
    enrolling Senate File 2368, the following corrections were made:

         1. Page 48, line 33, the word non-perfection was changed to the
    word nonperfection.

         2. Page 49, line 4, the word non-perfection was changed to the word
    nonperfection.

         3. Page 49, line 10, the word non-perfection was changed to the
    word nonperfection.
