  1  1    Amend Senate File 2207, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 5 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "NEW SUBSECTION.  2A.  "Disabled" means a person
  1  6 who is not physically able to operate a motor vehicle
  1  7 or use public transportation without assistance due to
  1  8 a physical disability."
  1  9    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1 10 "excuse from jury service and".
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
