  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5677, to Senate File
  1  2 2409, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting before line 17 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 19, line 5, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "service." the following:
  1  8    "The department of workforce development shall
  1  9 consult with all noncontract covered employees, or in
  1 10 the case of contract covered employees, the exclusive
  1 11 bargaining representative for those employees,
  1 12 concerning job classification plans or other job-
  1 13 related matters pertaining to the department.""
