         Amendment S-5651 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-5651, the Chair ruled amendment
    S-5661 filed by Senator Borlaug from the floor to page 12 of the bill,
    out of order.

         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-5652 filed by him from the
    floor to page 13 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5652 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-5660 filed by Senators
    Gronstal, Iverson and Husak from the floor to pages 21 and 22 of the
    bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5660 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Judge offered amendment S-5655 filed by her from the floor
    to pages 21 and 22 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         A non record roll call was requested.

         The ayes were 33, nays 14.

         Amendment S-5655 was adopted.

         Senator Maddox offered amendment S-5653 filed by him from the floor
    to page 23 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5653 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Maddox withdrew amendment S-5654 filed by him from the
    floor to page 23 of the bill.

         Senator Borlaug asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    Senate File 2464 be deferred.



                              IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File
    2012 and House File 2444 be immediately messaged to the House.
