  1  2    #1.  Page 12, line 1, by striking the word "The"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "For a municipality with
  1  4 a population over fifteen thousand, the".
  1  5    #2.  Page 12, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "cost." the following:  "For a municipality with a
  1  7 population of fifteen thousand or less, the
  1  8 municipality is not required to provide an amount for
  1  9 low and moderate income family housing."
