HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the House: MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the House has on April 3, 1996, amended and passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked: Senate File 2269, a bill for an act enhancing the penalties for a third or subsequent offense of domestic abuse assault (S-5659). ALSO: That the House has on April 3, 1996, concurred in the Senate amendment and passed the following bills in which the concurrence of the House was asked: House File 2315, a bill for an act authorizing small quantities of wine to be shipped in and out of this state for consumption or use by persons twenty-one years of age or older. House File 2331, a bill for an act expanding the factors that a court and the state department of transportation may consider in ordering the issuance of a temporary restricted license, and providing an effective date. MOTIONS TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN House File 111 Senators Bisignano and Hansen withdrew the motions to reconsider House File 111, a bill for an act exempting from regulation certain homeowners association swimming pools, filed by them on April 3, 1996, and found on page 1215 of the Senate Journal. BUSINESS PENDING Senate File 2085 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2085, a bill for an act relating to handicapped parking and providing a penalty, previously deferred. Senator Fink called up House amendment S-5630 filed April 2, 1996.
