         Senator Szymoniak moved the adoption of amendment S-5462, which
    motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-5462, the Chair ruled the
    following amendments out of order.

         S-5325 filed by Senator Szymoniak on March 12, 1996, to page 2 of
    the bill.

         S-5350 filed by Senator Szymoniak on March 14, 1996, to pages 1,
    10, 11, 17, 18, 22, 26, 29 and 30 of the bill.

         S-5373 filed by Senator Szymoniak on March 18, 1996, to page 30 of
    the bill.

         S-5401 by Senator Neuhauser on March 19, 1996, to strike everything
    after the enacting clause and to the title page of the bill, previously
    deferred.

         S-5433 filed by Senator Giannetto on March 20, 1996, to amendment
    S-5401.



                                LEAVE OF ABSENCE

         Leave of absence was granted as follows:

         Senator Boettger until she returns on request of Senator Bennett.
