Senate File 2399
On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 2399, a bill for an act
relating to the reporting and substantiation of harm to a child and the
related duties of the department of human services and the child abuse
information registry, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Neuhauser asked and received unanimous consent that action
on amendment S-5401 filed by her on March 19, 1996, to strike everything
after the enacting clause and to the title page of the bill, be
deferred.
Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-5462 filed by her on March
20, 1996, to strike everything after the enacting clause and to the
title page of the bill.
President Boswell took the chair at 10:30 a.m.
Senator Iverson asked unanimous consent that action on amendment
S-5462 and Senate File 2399 be deferred.
Senator Iverson withdrew his request to defer.
