  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5401, to Senate File 2399 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 4 and 5 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    ""Sec.    .  Section 232.71A, subsections 6 and 8,
  1  6 Code Supplement 1995, are amended to read as follows:
  1  7    6.  The department shall provide the county
  1  8 attorney with a written copy of any assessment which
  1  9 includes a recommendation for a juvenile or criminal
  1 10 court action or petition.  The county attorney shall
  1 11 notify the department of any action taken concerning
  1 12 an assessment provided by the department."
