MR. SPEAKER: Your committee appointed to draft resolutions in memory of the late Hon. T. J. Prevo, beg leave to submit the following:

WHEREAS, The Hon. T. J. Prevo an honored member of the Thirtieth General Assembly, departed this life at his home in Bloomfleld, Iowa, January 19, 1905, and

WHEREAS , In his death the State has lost an honest and efficient officer, his community a worthy upright conscientious citizen, and his family a kind and loving member, therefore be it

Resolved, That we extend to his widow and those nearest him, our sincere sympathy in their sorrow and affliction, and the clerk of the House is hereby instructed to mail an engrossed copy of these resolutions to them, and have same entered upon the Journal of the House.
