Sioux County
One of the earliest settlers of this county and took a prominent part in the development of his town and county. He served in the Twenty-fourth General Assembly, 1892, and has held nearly all the offices of honor and trust in his city. In 1879, he owned the land which is now occupied by the town of Rock Valley.
