Attended Strahan Consolidated High School, Nebraska University and Tarkio College, Tarkio, Missouri. Married Helen Christensen, Tarkio. Two daughters, Mrs. Pamela Obrecht, and Cindy. In farming, grain storage business, with elevators at Malvern and Clark. Served on Malvern School Board, chairman of Malvern Planning Commission, chairman Low-Rent Housing Project, chairman Mills County Zoning, finance chairman Nishnabotna Girl Scout Council, executive committees in Extension Service and A.S.C.S. Member Methodist Church. Served 1970 term 63rd General Assembly.
