Charge
The Communications Review Committee was established in Iowa Code Section 2.35. Iowa Code Section 2.36 charged the Committee to review the present and proposed uses of communications by state agencies and the development of a statewide communications plan. The Committee was eliminated effective May 10, 2008, with the repeal of Iowa Code Sections 2.35 and 2.36 pursuant to 2008 Iowa Acts, ch. 1156 (S.F. 2406, Section 53).
