Review the work of the 1981 interim subcommittee, the governor's task force and other matters relating to public body bidding procedures pursuant to Senate Concurrent Resolution 106. Review the bidding procedures used by the Board of Regents as it relates to the purchase of Indiana coal for use at the Regents' institutions.
