Charge
Conduct a study of higher education in Iowa to define the role of each type of institution receiving legislative support, with particular attention to types of program offered, numbers and cost of students served, and entrance and graduation requirements, as well as the overlapping offerings by two-year, four-year, and graduate institutions of all types in Iowa, with legislative proposals for an Iowa Master Plan for Higher Education.
