Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3367, filed by him from
the floor to pages 6, 15-18, 20, 21, and to the title page of the bill, and
moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3367 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3359, filed by him from
the floor to page 6 of the bill, and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3359 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Redfern offered amendment S-3357, filed by Senators
Redfern and Lamberti on April 30, 2003, to pages 8 and 31 of the bill,
and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3357 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3358, filed by him from
the floor to pages 9 and 10 of the bill.
Senator Lamberti asked and received unanimous that action on
amendment S-3358 be deferred.
Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3368, filed by Senators
Gronstal and Lamberti from the floor to page 11 of the bill, and
moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3368 was adopted by a voice vote.
