  1  1    Amend Senate File 458 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 294A.25, subsection 10, Code
  1  5 2003, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    10.  For the each fiscal year beginning July 1,
  1  7 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, to the department of
  1  8 education from phase III moneys the amount of forty-
  1  9 seven thousand dollars for the Iowa mathematics and
  1 10 science coalition."
  1 11    #2.  Page 31, by striking lines 22 and 23 and
  1 12 inserting the following:
  1 13    "Sec.    .  Section 294A.25, subsection 6, Code
  1 14 2003, is amended by striking the subsection."
