  1  2    #1.  Page 11, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "governor." the following:  "However, commencing July
  1  4 1, 2003, the consumer advocate shall receive an annual
  1  5 salary in the same salary range as the chairperson and
  1  6 members of the utilities board."
  1  7    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
