Prayer was offered by Reverend Gene Koth, retired pastor of
Walnut Hills Methodist Church. He was the guest of Representative
Petersen of Polk County.

act relating to state land management and planning and local land
management and planning for certain counties and cities and
providing effective dates.

act relating to programs and services under the purview of the
department of human services, and providing for retroactive

SPECIAL PRESENTATION

Kurtenbach of Story introduced to the House, Iowa artist Bill Lee
of Ames, accompanied by his wife Ramona. His artwork is on display
in the rotunda.

The House rose and expressed its welcome.
