  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "officer." the following:  "However, if exigent
  1  4 circumstances do not exist, a peace officer shall
  1  5 obtain permission from the district department
  1  6 assigned to supervise the person before conducting a
  1  7 search pursuant to this paragraph."
