  resolution requesting the office of the attorney general to establish an

  intoxicated (OWI) task force to review the clarity, complexity, and
  functionality of
  current operating while intoxicated Code provisions and to make
  recommendations to
  the general assembly.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  direct the commission to develop designs incorporating the Old Capitol as a
  symbol for
  the state.
