  current operating while intoxicated Code provisions and to make
  recommendations to
  the general assembly.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  providing that bonds issued for school infrastructure purposes shall be
  exempt from
  state income tax.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 14:  Johnson, McKibben, Harper, Bartz, Bolkcom, Connolly,
