  MADAM PRESIDENT:  The Secretary of the Senate respectfully reports that the

  REPORT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in enrolling
  Senate File 2147, the following correction was made:

  1. Page 18, line 6, the words " REGULAR ROUTE  " were changed to the words
  " REGULAR-ROUTE  ".

  EXPLANATION OF VOTES

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  I was necessarily absent from the Senate Chamber on
  March 27, 2000, when the votes were taken on Senate File 2344 and House File
