  1  3    #1.  Page 14, by striking lines 27 and 28, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "required in subsection 7.
  1  5 If a township fails to certify property taxes by March
  1  6 15, the amount of taxes collected by".
  1  7    #2.  Page 14, by striking line 34, and inserting
  1  8 the following:  "fiscal year for which the township
  1  9 failed to certify property taxes."
