  Relating to the granting of a franchise by a city.

  Relating to ethics and campaign disclosure board procedures and
  to conflicts of interest of public officers and employees.

  SSB 3079	Natural Resources and Environment

  Relating to the taking of fish and game by increasing fees for
  hunting, fishing, harvesting, and related licenses, authorizing the
  natural resource commission to adjust future license fees, providing
  for other properly related matters, and providing effective and
  applicability dates.
