  PETITION

  The following petition was presented and placed on file by:

  Senator Flynn from 308 residents of Dubuque and Jackson
  Counties favoring guard rails be installed on U.S. Highway 52 south
  of Dubuque at St. Catherine Road, as a matter of public safety by the
  Iowa Department of Transportation.
