CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Unfinished Business Calendar The House resumed consideration of House File 760, a bill for an act relating to appropriations for the department of human services and including other provisions and appropriations involving human services and health care, and providing effective dates, previously deferred. Blodgett of Cerro Gordo offered the following amendment H?1511 filed by him and moved its adoption: H-1511 1 Amend House File 760 as follows: 2 1. Page 20, line 31, by striking the word "shall" 3 and inserting the following: "may". Amendment H?1511 was adopted. Heaton of Henry moved the adoption of amendment H-1456B found on page 1137 of the House Journal. Amendment H-1456B was adopted. Osterhaus of Jackson offered the following amendment H?1424 filed by him and moved its adoption:
