Relating to rulemaking duties of the department of natural resources 
regarding baled solid waste.
H.S.B. 95  Environmental Protection
Eliminating requirements for pesticide-contaminated and fertilizer-
contaminated sites classification.
H.S.B. 96  Environmental Protection
Eliminating requirements relating to the department of natural re-
sources adopting rules requiring public water systems to test source 
water.
H.S.B. 97  Judiciary
Relating to the imposition of mandatory minimum fines upon con-
viction of a felony.
H.S.B. 98  Agriculture
Providing for the demonstration of best management practices to 
assist livestock producers in storing, transporting, and applying 
manure.
H.S.B. 99  Judiciary
Concerning judicial administration.
H.S.B. 100  Environmental Protection
