probate judges, and retired judges.

Relating to the duties of a guardian ad litem appointed to represent a 
child in juvenile court proceedings.
H.S.B. 103  Judiciary
Relating to the credit to be applied for time served for inmates 
charged with a new offense.
H.S.B. 104  Judiciary
Relating to the type and size of knives concealed or used in con-
nection with a crime and providing penalties.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
