H.S.B. 101 Judiciary Relating to judges, concerning associate juvenile judges, associate probate judges, and retired judges. H.S.B. 102 Judiciary Relating to the duties of a guardian ad litem appointed to represent a child in juvenile court proceedings. H.S.B. 103 Judiciary Relating to the credit to be applied for time served for inmates charged with a new offense. H.S.B. 104 Judiciary Relating to the type and size of knives concealed or used in con- nection with a crime and providing penalties. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports that the following committee recommendations have been received and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk. ELIZABETH A. ISAACSON Chief Clerk of the House COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT House File 100, a bill for an act relating to the revocation or suspension of a law enforcement officer's certification. Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 30), related to activities of bail enforcement agents that are exempt from state licensing requirements. Fiscal Note is not required.
