  1  1    Section 1.  Section 455B.601, Code 1999, is repealed.  
  1  2                           EXPLANATION
  1  3    This bill repeals Code section 455B.601, which requires the
  1  4 environmental protection commission to adopt rules to
  1  5 establish criteria for the classification and prioritization
  1  6 of sites upon which contamination due to pesticides or
  1  7 fertilizers has been discovered.
