Relating to the surcharge on boat titles.

Increasing the marriage license application fee and providing for 
retention of the increased amount by the county registrar.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports 
that the following committee recommendation has been received and 
is on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

House File 38, a bill for an act eliminating references to an obsolete federal 
requirement relating to the attachment of an adoption information form to an adoption 
petition and decree.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Do Pass January 26, 1999.
RESOLUTION FILED
HCR 7, by Warnstadt, Whitead, Rants, and Klemme, a concurrent 
resolution providing for the establishment of a committee by the 
Legislative Council to conduct a study of economic development 
issues related to the distribution of goods.
