  Senator Halvorson offered amendment S-5638, filed by him from
  the floor to page 1 of the bill, and moved its adoption.

  A non-record roll call was requested.

  Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5460, filed by him on April 1,
  1998, to pages 2 and 37 of the bill, moved its adoption, and requested
  a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-5460 be adopted?" (H.F. 2530),
