  The Secretary of the Senate submitted the following report:

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  The Secretary of the Senate respectfully reports that the
  following bills have been enrolled, signed by the President of the Senate
  and the
  Speaker of the House, and presented to the Governor for his approval on this
  13th day
  of April, 1998:

  Senate Files 2201, 2218, 2261, 2325, 2335, 2337, 2348, 2351, 2364, 2399,
  2400, and
  2407.

  BILLS SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR

  A communication was received announcing that on April 13, 1998,
  the Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
  following bills:

  S.F. 2015 - Removing cottonwood trees and cotton-bearing poplar trees in
  cities
  from a list of items deemed to be nuisances.

  S.F. 2023 - Relating to the issuance of United States Armed Forces retired
  special
  plates, to the issuance of ex-prisoner of war motor vehicle registration
  plates to
  surviving spouses and to the issuance of emergency medical services motor
  vehicle
  registration plates and establishing fees.

  S.F. 2085 - Relating to the responsibilities of the Department of
  Transportation,
  including vehicle equipment and parking regulation, postings of highway
  weight
  restrictions, and receipt of plans for city street construction.

  S.F. 2113 - Relating to driver and motor vehicle licensing, reporting, and
  registration.

  S.F. 2136 - Relating to statutory corrections which may adjust language to
  reflect
  current practices, insert earlier omissions, delete redundancies and
  inaccuracies, delete
  temporary language, resolve inconsistencies and conflicts, update ongoing
  provisions,
  or remove ambiguities, and providing effective and retroactive applicability
  dates.

  S.F. 2170 - Relating to licensing sanctions against individuals who default
  on debt
  owed to or collected by the College Student Aid Commission.

  S.F. 2185 - Providing for the purchase of biodegradable hydraulic fluids
  manufactured from soybeans by state agencies.
