SSB 2033 Agriculture Providing for fees imposed upon persons receiving a permit for the construction of a confinement feeding operation with a manure storage structure, by excusing payment for certain persons, providing an amnesty period, and providing an effective date. SSB 2034 Transportation Establishing a railroad revolving loan fund and making an appropriation. SSB 2035 Transportation Relating to the responsibilities of the department of transportation, including vehicle equipment and parking regulation, postings of highway weight restrictions, and receipt of plans for city street construction. SSB 2036 Transportation Relating to motor trucks, including weight requirements and transportation of hazardous materials, and providing an effective date. SSB 2037 Transportation Relating to individuals convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, including maintenance of records, installation of ignition interlock devices, and notification of the youthful offender substance abuse awareness program. SSB 2038 Transportation Relating to driver and motor vehicle licensing, reporting, and registration.
