MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE
The following message was received from the Senate:
Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that
the Senate has on March 20, 1997, adopted the following
resolution in which the concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate Concurrent Resolution 7, a concurrent resolution to
suspend Joint Rule 20, subsection 3, to allow consideration of
House File 388.

Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that House File 655 be temporarily deferred and that the bill
retain its place on the calendar.
