  1  3 "150,000" and inserting the following:  "178,000".
  1  4    #2.  Page 17, by striking lines 13 through 16 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "any fund, notwithstanding
  1  6 section 8.33.  Unobligated Of the unobligated funds
  1  7 remaining on June 30, 1997, the first $28,000 shall
  1  8 revert to the general fund of the state community
  1  9 development program of the department of economic
  1 10 development for purposes of Iowa's councils of
  1 11 governments and all remaining moneys shall revert to
  1 12 the strategic investment fund created in section
  1 13 15.313."
