  1  5    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF
  1  6 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, That the provisions of
  1  7 Joint Rule 20, subsection 3, shall not apply to the
  1  8 Senate's consideration of House File 388, Seventy-
  1  9 seventh General Assembly, 1997 Session.
