H.S.B. 202  Labor and Industrial Relations

Relating to workers' compensation by repealing the second injury
compensation Act, eliminating the second injury fund, providing
for the resolution of claims against the fund, including the
imposition of an employer surcharge, and providing an effective
date.

Relating to factory built homes and mobile home parks.
