         Senate File 2372, a bill for  an act relating to termination of
    rental agreements, the definition of notice, and notice provisions for
    actions to recover property (S-5782).

         ALSO: That the members of the Conference Committee, appointed on
    April 15, 1996, on Senate File 2154, a bill for  an act increasing the
    penalties for certain offenses involving methamphetamine, on the part of
    the House are: The Representative from Sioux, Mr. Veenstra, Chair; the
    Representative from Cedar, Mr. Boddicker; the Representative from
    Warren, Mr. Coon; the Representative from Wapello, Mr. Moreland; the
    Representative from Jackson, Mr. Osterhaus.

         ALSO: That the House, on April 15, 1996, insisted on its amendment
    to Senate File 2442, a bill for  an act relating to appropriations for
    the department of human services and the prevention of disabilities
    policy council and including other provisions and appropriations
    involving human services and health care and providing for effective and
    applicability dates, and that the members of the Conference Committee on
    part of the House are: The Representative from Pottawattamie, Mr.
    Houser, Chair; the Representative from Lucas, Mr. Arnold; the
    Representative from Poweshiek, Mr.  Carroll; the Representative from
    Polk, Mr. Fallon; the Representative from Dubuque, Ms. Jochum.

         ALSO: That the House has on April 15, 1996, concurred in the Senate
    amendment and passed the following bills in which the concurrence of the
    House was asked:

         House File 2050, a bill for  an act relating to adoption, including
    selection criteria preferences in the placement of children for adoption
    by or through the department of human services, requirements relating to
    the adoption of the child of a minor parent, and providing a repeal.

         House File 2201, a bill for  an act relating to defining the
    practice of dentistry.

         ALSO: That the House has on April 15, 1996, amended the Senate
    amendment, concurred in the Senate amendment as amended, and passed the
    following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked:

         House File 2383, a bill for  an act relating to issuance of free
    deer and wild turkey hunting licenses to certain landowners and tenants
    (S-5777 to H-5877).
