    Final Bill Action: SENATE RESOLUTION 115 (SSB 2357), a senate resolution
    honoring the memory and efforts of United States Secretary of Commerce
    Ronald H. Brown.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Deluhery, Hansen, Jensen, Bartz, Bisignano,
    Douglas, Flynn, Gettings, Gronstal, Hedge, Priebe and Redfern. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 3: Freeman, Husak and Palmer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which House File
    428 passed the Senate on April 12, 1996.

         MR. PRESIDENT: I was necessarily absent from the Senate chamber on
    April 11, 1996, when the votes were taken on the En Bloc Confirmation
    Calendar and House File 2448. Had I been present, I would have voted
