  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5700, to House File 2421, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  LEGISLATIVE FISCAL BUREAU ESTIMATES.
  1  7 The legislative fiscal bureau shall provide yearly
  1  8 estimates of the annual operating costs for operation
  1  9 of buildings that have been constructed from funds
  1 10 provided from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund.
  1 11 The estimates shall be presented to the legislative
  1 12 fiscal committee and to the joint appropriations
  1 13 subcommittee on transportation, infrastructure, and
  1 14 capitals."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
