    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 2462 (SSB 2256), a bill for an act
    relating to energy conservation including making appropriations of
    petroleum overcharge funds.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 23: Murphy, Boswell, Lind, Banks, Bartz, Borlaug,
    Douglas, Dvorsky, Flynn, Fraise, Gronstal, Halvorson, Hammond, Husak,
    Iverson, Judge, Kibbie, Kramer, McLaren, Neuhauser, Rensink, Tinsman and
    Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Bisignano and Black.
