         Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5055 filed by the committee on
    State Government on February 9, 1996, to pages 2, 3 and 10-15 of the
    bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5055 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Connolly moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 2013) the vote was:

    Senate File 2108

         On motion of Senator Fink, Senate File 2108, a bill for an act
    requiring flashing amber lights on motor vehicles used for snow removal
    and making existing penalties applicable, with report of committee
    recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration.
