    Senate File 2436

         On motion of Senator Maddox, Senate File 2436, a bill for an act
    increasing the penalties for certain sex crimes against persons under
    the age of eighteen, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Maddox moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 2436) the vote was:

    Senate File 2013

         On motion of Senator Connolly, Senate File 2013, a bill for an act
    requiring the licensure of respiratory care therapists and creating a
    board for respiratory care practitioners, with report of committee
    recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration.
