    relating to the terminology used to describe persons with certain mental
    and physical conditions.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger,  Hansen, Kramer,
    Neuhauser, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2:
    Bartz and Dvorksy,

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Human Resources
    Committee on Senate File 2438 and they were attached to the committee
    report.
