                            PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

         The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
    Senate gallery:

         Twenty-six fifth grade students from Westridge Elementary School,
    West Des Moines, accompanied by Mrs. Jaros, Miss Allensworth, Mrs. Zaugg
    and Mrs. Harris. Senator Kramer.

         The secretary of the senate issued the following certificates of
