SENATE FILE 2066 - Relating to assisted suicide and providing
criminal penalties.
SENATE FILE 2130- Eliminating the requirement to commence
litigation involving shipments of plants infested with gypsy moths, and
providing an effective date.
ALSO: That on March 4, 1996, the Governor approved and transmitted
to the Secretary of State the following bill:
SENATE FILE 2072 - Relating to implements of husbandry by providing
for machinery towed by a motor vehicle or farm tractor, and providing an
effective date.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
MR. PRESIDENT: I was necessarily absent from the Senate chamber on
March 4, 1996, when the vote was taken on Senate File 2375.
Had I been present, I would have voted aye.
