  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "device." the following:  "However, a financial
  1  4 institution shall not own, operate or maintain a
  1  5 satellite terminal to dispense cash or credit for
  1  6 gambling purposes which is located on property
  1  7 controlled by a pari-mutuel racetrack licensee or an
  1  8 excursion gambling boat licensee."
